I charged my laptop overnight but when i woke up, my laptop was not fully charged. - toshiba satellite c55d-a5201. I have a toshiba satellite c55t-a and it says plugged in, not charging. it only works when the cord is plugged in. i tried shutting it down and removing. Installed windows 8.1 and have a new battery, but it saying that it's plugged in but not charging. i've tried almost every solution, but no go?.
